About The Negroni Project

The Negroni Project started last year with a small group of barmen selling a variety of negroni cocktails in November, with a portion of each sale going to their Movember fund.

This year, we have increased the scale to age 100ltrs of negroni in oak barrels with the support of local suppliers including the Melbourne Gin Company, which will be bottled and sold to a range of venues and individuals in Melbourne, Sydney and Wellington.
