What is The Negroni Project?

We are a just a group of lads – Sommelier Matt, Shae (negroni genius), Mortakai, Tuesday Night Mike and Jester.

A passion for booze and social conscious led to The Negroni Project. Following experimentation in smaller 5 litre formats, the economies of larger scale in both production and flavour convinced us to upsize to 50 litre barrels and a $5,000 fundraising target.

Keen to make a difference, this year we have chosen to support Movember -the leading global organisation committed to changing the face of men’s health.
